The material is substantial and they wash and iron well, time after time, always keeping their shape and never twisting. I wear them all year round, layering as necessary. Quality product. Friendly communication (not too often or needy). Excellent post order information. All of which builds trust and a customer base. I don’t need tissue paper but it makes me feel like I’ve ordered a high end product. I am happy to wait for an order (some may be less patient though). A returns policy that is easy and works.
