Quality product. Friendly communication (not too often or needy). Excellent post order information. All of which builds trust and a customer base. I don’t need tissue paper but it makes me feel like I’ve ordered a high end product. I am happy to wait for an order (some may be less patient though). A returns policy that is easy and works. I recently ordered 2 fitted long sleeved round neck t-shirts to join the ones I got last year! I am really pleased with the quality and fit of these and they do wash well. The fabric is good quality and I wear them with both casual and smarter outfits. Customer service is excellent and particularly on this occasion as the item had been out of stock and I was notified as soon as they were available.
